That's so frustrating.
"No, you'll have to wait another month", said the doctor after viewing the x-ray.
"The pelvis is not 100% aligned, which means it takes a bit longer to heal fully."
So, no bike riding for me yet.
At least he's agreed that swimming is good therapy.
After four swims, I no longer feel like I'm struggling to complete my eight laps.
Today, I even thought about doing another two laps because I felt I had the stamina for another 100m.
I decided that I would leave that for Friday's swim because if I did put a bit too much pressure on my hips, I'd at least have the weekend to recover.
We're off to Melbourne next weekend for ten days.
The caravan park has a swimming pool.
I hope I can take advantage of that.
Melbourne weather is fickle, and I don't know if the pool is heated, so it'll be interesting.
Maintaining a regular exercise routine when travelling is never easy.
It's not easy keeping the emails going as well.
Still, I'll try to keep you all informed.

Brent.
P.S. How are you coping with the news at the moment?
The World seems to be in turmoil.
Financial markets are volatile.
Governments want to lock everyone down again.
This time not so much physically, but more restricting freedom of speech.
All in the name of preventing the opposition's misinformation.
What can you or I do about any of this?
Not much, to be honest.
All we can do is ensure we are not relying on someone else for our income.
The corporates and governments are coming for control of the Internet.
We must make hay while we can because it may not last.
This method is the fastest way to profit that I have found yet.
