Support people don't seem to be able to read well.
Perhaps it's the comprehension that's missing.
Have you noticed?
You lodge a support ticket explaining the issue you're having.
Their answer may address part of one of the issues but usually doesn't.
Then begins a round of expanding on the problems, often with several other support staff, until you finally get it resolved or give up.
This process can take days or even weeks.
During which, you become more and more flustered and cranky.
You try not to write in all capitals, but you feel like it sometimes.
I had one issue with PayPal a few years ago, which took three months to sort out.
I have a new one now, not with PayPal, which is testing my patience.
I'm trying to migrate a website from a free host to their paid host.
I will have to do it myself because support doesn't seem to understand the problem.
Do you have any horror stories to share?
Regards,
Brent.
P.S. There's a new tool coming available later in February.
This tool allows you to generate backlinks and traffic on autopilot.
The promotion and demo videos look really good, and those who have done beta tests are reporting excellent results.
The only issue is that you can't buy it yet.
What you can do is sign up for an early-bird notification so you can grab it at the best price when it is released.
