Some things are not as straight forward as they tell you.
That doesn't mean they are lying to you.
One of the old-time copywriters that people revere was Gary Halbert who's book, Boron Letters, has been praised as genius.
One thing Gary talks about is how to create an info product.
Pick a topic
Read 5 of the best books on that topic and take notes
Write up your own book/85-page report with the best information taken from those other books
Make millions!
As they say, the devil is in the details.
While that works as a synopsis of what you can do, there is a very good chance that you will not make millions or even a red cent with this approach.
The bits that are left out are:-
Pick a topic in a market where people are already spending money.
Write an excellent title, and test it until you get buyers.
Make sure that the target market knows about your book.
I have three books on Amazon.
Only one has sold any copies, the other two ...
None of them are in popular niches, and I haven't marketed them at all.
That means that I failed to do any of the things required to sell a copy.
No excuses, I didn't do what was required, and I got the results I deserved.
How are you going?
Getting the results you deserve?
Want to change that?
Regards,
Brent.
