The Facebook newsfeed is like fast food, not healthy.
Our youngest son came up with that analogy this evening, and I agree with him. Consider going through the McDonalds drive-through. You may get some healthy food, but most of it is deep fried, fatty and highly seasoned. It's pretty much the same with most social media newsfeeds. There are some good news stories, but most of them are harmful for your brain and general well-being. Small doses of the crap won't do much damage.
