...or an email by its subject line. No doubt you have the same idea about the meaning of that line. Never judge a book by its cover is usually taken to mean that you shouldn't take things at face value. It occurs to me that when you publish a Kindle book, you do have to make sure it has a compelling cover, or no one will even look at the description, much less buy it.
