Leveraging your time effectively.
Spending an hour on YouTube after watching a training video is not using your time effectively.
To make the best use of that training video, you would be better off implementing some or all of the ideas presented.
Sometimes you'll need to re-watch parts of the video.
The only way to learn anything is to attempt to put it into practice.
When you do that, you'll find the areas you don't understand and can get help to fill in those areas.
Until you attempt to put those ideas into practice, you'll only ever have a vague idea of what you have seen.
The same applies to any training in any format.
When you're in trade school, you'll have theory lessons and practical lessons that reinforce the theory.
Apprentices in all trades spend time in school and working on the job.
That's how tradespeople have learned their trade for centuries, so it must work.
Why would anyone think that making money on the Internet is any different?
It's a skill to be learned, and you can only learn it by applying what you're learning.
Writing sales pages is a skill that anyone can learn well enough.
Writing blog posts is a skill that anyone can learn.
So is writing emails.
Creating images, software, plugins, etc., can all be learned, and everything you need to know can be found on YouTube, Vimeo, or via some other training modules.

Brent.
P.S. Start simple.
Build an email list and write emails to that list, even if it's a list of one.
That single subscriber won't know they are the only person getting your emails if you don't tell them.
