It's time for you to have more fun.
What did you do that you loved that you don't do now?
As we accumulate years, we stop many activities we enjoyed as youngsters.
Available time is one of the reasons, but it's not the only one.
Other reasons may include money, the activity is not seen as 'suitable' for an adult, other activities taking precedence, etc.
There is a problem here.
When we take some of the fun out of our lives, everything gets harder.
The flow-on effects are that our relationships get more serious, the general stresses of daily living appear to be more intense, and we just don't enjoy our lives.
You only get one shot at this, as far as we know.
This is not a rehearsal for a life.
We all need to make the time to put the fun back.
Go back to doing what you loved, ignoring the naysayers and doom and gloom merchants.
It could be anything.
Fishing, body surfing, riding a bicycle, horse riding, playing tennis, etc.
Sometimes it might be something you always wanted to do but never could.
The side benefits are well worth the effort and the small amount of time that activity took up.
The happiness endorphins will kick in.
You'll be more productive, and you'll enjoy everything else so much more.
Make this the year of bringing back the fun.
Regards,
Brent.
P.S. When you make time for fun, you need to be better organised.
That takes two forms.
1) Planning your activities so you do everything you need to do.
2) Scheduling all your daily activities.
The first is covered here, https://llpgpro.com/8rrb2x4c/em.
The second with this tool https://todoist.com.
