I'm swimming for fitness before getting back on the bike.
It was always part of the plan for improving my health and reducing my weight.
The crash put me behind schedule.
I had my third swim today, and I'm finding it pretty hard.
Today was definitely better than the first swim, where I swam with my car keys in my pocket. Whoops.
They're OK, thanks for asking.
Anyway, I spoke with a lady around the 50-60 age in the pool today because she just kept swimming laps.
She told me that she rides her bicycle for two hours and then swims for two hours every day.
Well, that's not a target I'm going for.
I'm not sure how this'll work, but I want to ride three times a week, and I'd like to swim three times a week, but I'm not sure if I have the time to do that.
That's the thing I figured out about exercise when I was working 9-5.
When you take the time to do the exercise, there is no time left for anything else.
That's why so few people are as fit as they could be.
When you work for yourself, you have more flexibility with how you use your time.
There was a business and lifestyle coach who claimed that the way to get more done was to work in two-hour blocks.
That might work if you are only responsible for yourself, but it's unlikely to work if you have other people around you because they will also have claims on your time.
What do you think?
Could two-hour blocks work for you?
Regards,
Brent.
P.S. When you're building an online business, working in two-hour blocks is realistic.
It's not difficult to focus for two hours on a single task.
It is challenging to focus on a single task for more than two hours.
Using A.I. will massively increase your effectiveness for your two-hour creation block.
