How a rotator can make you more money.
In your tracking software, there may be a rotator function.
A rotator allows you to have different pages showing from a single link.
They work by you submitting two or more URLs to different pages and establishing either a weighting to each page or the number of hits you want to each page.
The rotator has a single link that you send the traffic to.
The backend software distributes the traffic to the various pages you have linked and with the distribution you selected.
Assume you have two pages, A and B, in the rotator.
Page A is set for 100 hits, and page B is set for 100 hits.
When you send 200 hits to the rotator, they'll be split between the two pages and each will get 100 hits.
If you set page A to 100 hits and page B to overflow and then send 300 hits to the rotator, page A will get 100 hits, and page B will get the rest.
With a rotator and sufficient traffic, you can split test more pages than just the two you usually use.
Testing with a rotator is not only for testing sales or landing pages.
You can also test different offers with a traffic source.
Say you have found a source of traffic but are not sure what offers those people are likely to be excited by, you can split test sales pages for different products rather than testing to optimise the sales pages.
Testing with a rotator can get you to a profitable campaign faster than you might think.
The only thing you need to consider is that each of the offers you are sending from the rotator must be congruent with the page the rotator link is on.
There is little point in having a Dog Training landing page and sending the hits to a Make-Money-Online page.
All that will do is confuse the visitor, and confused people don't buy.

P.S. There is a really nice rotator built into SendSteed that you can use for free, https://go.wm-tips.com/llauto.
Not only can you set daily or maximum hits, but you can also track the hits to determine if they are humans or bots.
Another nice feature is adding a pop-up landing page to the links, even on a third-party website.
It can't be beaten on the price, even if you decide to become a Pro user.
