I'm back on the bike, and have been for a week.
I've been doing my shoulder strengthening exercises with the Thera-Band, cycling on the exercise bike, and decided that I needed to get outside. Today I had a relatively lazy day, it had been raining overnight, and the track was a bit slippery, so we took it easy. I didn't have a lot of time as I had a lunch appointment, so we only rode 24km today. I'm pretty happy with my recovery from the crash, and I'm well on the way to being 100% again.
