Does it work or is it just woowoo BS?
Positive thinking comes and goes as a concept, but does it actually work?
From my experience, the answer is yes and no.
Starting with the no.
If all you do is read and speak your positive affirmations, you'll get a small benefit.
You'll feel better and probably be marginally healthier, but you're unlikely to notice that bit.
What that activity won't do is increase your income significantly.
For that to happen, you also have to be moving.
When you combine positive affirmations and activity, amazing things can occur.
It doesn't seem to matter much what that activity is as long as it is in the direction of your goals.
The positivity in your activity is reflected in what you're doing, and others can see it.
When you begin to believe that you are heading towards the success you want, it begins to materialise.
Obstacles are overcome.
Help from the right people appears.
Your finances improve, sometimes in unexpected ways.
The universe cannot deliver on your dreams and goals if you sit at home and dream about them.
You have to make a phone call or use an app to get a pizza delivered, so why would you think that the universe will provide what you want without taking some action?
It's all waiting for you.
All you have to do is begin moving with positive expectations.
Regards,
Brent.
P.S. Start by building the action habits you'll need.
This book gives practical ways to make that happen.
